What does "chipping" do? - Power, economy (an engine with a higher torque consumes less fuel while moving the same weight of the car), faster accelerator response (especially in long-thinking cars with automatic gearboxes), safe cornering and, most importantly, a pleasant drive.

Modifying the program is a complex job that requires a lot of specific knowledge, professional software and rewriting equipment costs several tens of thousands of euros.
