Anthem MDX 8 audio distribution for custom install is a state of the art distribution system, the first to incorporate fully powered independent-zone subwoofer connections that feature ARC Genesis room correction in each zone. With advanced amplifier technology the MDX 8 delivers an efficient, reliable and smooth performance.

Cutting edge technology

Anthem's team spent over 2 years developing the MDX series and the cutting edge features including the Anthem Room Correction technology. It has a web based setup meaning you can control the MDX 8 on any device with the adaptive user interface. Alongside this, it is compatible with home automation systems with IP/RS-232 connection.

Digital inputs, digital switching

Advanced Load Monitoring technology supports the ultra-fast, efficient class-D amplification for a reliable performance under any operating condition. The MDX 8 surpasses global-power saving standards with its high-efficiency design. Digital inputs can be linked between multiple amplifiers and analog pass-through allows daisy-chaining connection of numerous MDX units through a smooth digital switching output.

Dedicated Independent Zones

Connected subwoofers with the MDX 8 are separated in independent zones with dedicated outputs for low, high and bridged mode. This means you can install and control the subwoofers independently and use dedicated settings for each zone with the state of the art Anthem Room Correction (ARC) Genesis. Switch the ARC settings on and off in each zone for optimised premium room sound.

Complete Zone Control

Zone configuration options means you can have more management of the subwoofer than ever. The MDX series gives complete control over multiple zones, allowing you to give custom names for different outputs, tuning controls, and independent playback. Manage subwoofer bass in any zone, bridge zones for more power and control crossover settings.
