1. Your earphones send a pulse of sound to learn the unique shape of your ear canal

2. The signal bounces off the walls of your ear and is analyzed by the built-in microphones

3. Your headphones then optimize noise cancellation and audio performance that adapts to your ear projection

Keep them comfortable with soft ear tips and stable straps in three sizes. Then run a fit test in the Bose Music app to make sure the headphones are calibrated correctly.

When it's time to focus, Aware Mode lets you hear your surroundings clearly enough or have a friendly conversation.
