HDMI cables

Hdmi cable is currently the most commonly used connection between home audio and video sources. HDMI cables are constantly being improved. Compared to the first versions, today's hdmi cable transmits not only an audio-visual signal, but a feedback audio connection has appeared, e.g. from the TV to the ARC amplifier, and an online digital interface thanks to which e.g. the amplifier (receiver) understands the commands to turn on, turn off, be quiet, loud and others. The higher the cable version, the higher the bandwidth of the video data stream.

When choosing an HDMI cable, we recommend choosing version no less than 2.0, then the home Audio Video system will support 4K image, multi-channel sound and ARC control commands.

If you are planning to buy or already have an 8K resolution TV, then you need an HDMI 2.1 version of the cable to support the 8K image.
