The material consists of porous polyethylene with a mastic mounting layer. The assembly layer made of mastic is one of the best technological sound insulation solutions currently in use, ensuring significantly better adhesion to the surface of the body parts, compared to insulation products with an additional layer of glue.
These properties are especially relevant when installing sound insulation on uneven terrain surfaces, as well as when sound or vibration insulation is operated at low temperatures, as the operating temperature range of this series of sound insulations is from -60oC to +100oC. Also, the mastic layer perfectly prevents water and moisture from getting under the assembly layer and is a good protection against the appearance and spread of corrosion foci.
Application: The bottom of the car body and trunk, wheel arches, engine - cabin partition from the cabin side.
Why should you try soundproofing materials?
They ensure additional comfort during the trip. Less vibration is felt while driving, there are no squeaks caused by parts touching each other, and no extraneous noise from the street or the engine compartment. Talking in the car becomes easier, less tiring, nothing distracts attention while driving. Since these materials also act as a heat insulator, it is easier to start the engine in winter, and the interior freezes less. Almost the entire body of the car can be lined with insulating materials, thus ensuring the greatest effect.
