The NE-W987D works with the amazing Alpine TuneIt App, which allows you to adjust the sound system settings from your smartphone. After setting up your sound system, share your settings with other users by uploading your settings to Alpine's cloud server. You can view and rate the information provided by other users, as well as download it and test these settings on your car. DAB receiver

You can enjoy the excellent quality of digital radio stations. The integrated DAB, DAB+ and DMB receivers, developed using the latest technology, ensure excellent signal reception. In areas where there are no DAB broadcasts, the receiver will automatically switch to analogue mode with RDS. The antenna required for the DAB receiver is sold separately (KAE-220DA).

HDMI connection

Connect your smartphone or player to the INE-W987D via HDMI and watch movies on the high-definition screen. Digital data transmission and WVGA display ensure excellent picture quality. The screen is fully removable

Possibility to connect Alpine climate control and parking sensor interface

Most car players display climate control and parking system information on their screens. This information disappears after changing the player. With the INE-W987D, this is not a problem, because the Alpine interface can be connected to this player, which will display the information of the car's climate control and parking systems on the INE-W987D screen. This allows the Alpine player to be fully integrated into the car's general information system.

Parking system sensors indicate the distance to an obstacle in front or behind the car and allow easier and safer maneuvering when parking the car.

The rear view camera clearly shows the parking space. The player automatically mutes the music so you can hear the beeps from the parking sensors.

The integrated Bluetooth module allows you to use the mobile phone without holding it in your hands. Advanced Alpine Bluetooth provides even more features that make driving easier. You can load the eight most frequently used functions in the desired order in the Favorites section of the screen by simply clicking and dragging the icon of your choice. This will allow you to easily and quickly turn on your favorite radio station or call your best friend without looking for information in the phone's address book. You can also choose the color of the screen background and adjust the sound parameters according to your car model. And all this is individually determined for two users based on phone recognition via the Bluetooth system.
