Like all Auditor sets, the two-way coaxial ACX 165 S, 6 1/2" (16.5 cm) loudspeakers feature a neutral and dynamic sound, accurate treble and improved sound dispersion.

Recommended amplifier power: 55 W.

Frequency range: 60 Hz - 21 kHz.

DESCRIPTION

Like all the Auditor kits, the 2-way coaxial kit ACX 165 S delivers neutral and dynamic sound, precise treble and an improved soundstage thanks to its 6 ^1/2 ” (16.5cm) woofer with polypropylene cone and its adjustable, inverted dome mylar twitter.
It has the additional advantage of being shallow – just 1 ^7/8 ” (4.8cm) deep – making it easy to install and helping it to disappear into the doors.
ACX 165 S can be linked with other electronics or directly connected to the vehicle's original amplifier to enhance your in-car listening experience. Its high sensitivity guarantees an unrivaled level of performance in its category. It is perfect for a début Focal system and/or for improving your original sound system.

EASY AND MULTIPLE MOUNTING OPTIONS

Thanks to an ultra-compact, ferrite magnet, the woofers are extremely slim. This makes the kit super easy to either surface-mount or fit flush into the vehicle's original locations.

DESIGN

The steel basket of the speaker driver is rigid and durable. The flat grilles supplied, in ABS and Mesh, are just as good-looking as they are inherent in the kit's performance. Finally, the black lacquer finish on the tweeter means it assimilates seamlessly into the cabin of all modern vehicles.
