The R-C11VW1 is a car-specific media center with a capacitive 9 inch / 22.9 cm touchscreen display, DAB+ and FM tuners, two USB ports and Bluetooth module for hands-free calling and music streaming. Via WiFi or WLAN, you can use this Android car radio to access the internet, stream music and movies from the web, receive internet radio or use Spotify on the road. But that's not all: The R-C11VW1 is an Android system, so Android apps can be installed directly on the infotainer – you choose which features you want to use in your car!

The media receiver uses an operating system based on Android 9.0, so that you can install almost any Android app directly on the multimedia system. The internal 16 GB flash memory offers enough capacity for your apps – including your navigation apps. The R-C11VW1 has a very powerful 1.6 GHz octa core processor with 2 GB RAM memory - therefore all applications and background processes run stably and smoothly.

Built as an Android system, you can directly install and use Android navigation apps on the media center R-C11VW1. And if you want a built-in navigation system – you can easily activate the R-MAPC10 offline navigation pre-installed on the infotainer using a license code .
Noise-free on the go: FM and digital radio
The integrated DAB+ tuner ensures clear digital radio reception, offering you numerous functions such as MOT slideshow, station list or DLS text. A powerful FM RDS tuner complements the radio section.
EasyConnection for smartphones
Via the pre-installed EasyConnection function, you can mirror the screen contents of your Android smartphone to the R-C11VW1 infotainer via WiFi or USB and operate the mirrored contents via its touchscreen. Apple iPhones are also supported, the apps are then to be operated from the iPhone.Fits perfectly in the Golf 5 and Golf 6 platforms
The RADICAL multimedia system for Volkswagen, Seat and Skoda integrates optically and technically into models of the Golf 5 and Golf 6 platforms. The scope of delivery includes a CAN bus interface that connects to the steering wheel remote control, multifunctional display, electromagnetic parking sensors (EPS), optical parking system, reversing control, handbrake control, vehicle illumination status, A/C control + status, board computer, car menu, and to active sound systems.
