The delivery order is changing

CONTACTLESS PARCEL DELIVERY.

From 2020.03.16 (Monday), contactless delivery starts. All shipments are delivered by leaving the shipment at a distance of 2 meters from the Recipient and without direct contact with him.


Delivery process. The recipient's signature in the courier scanner is changed in one of the following ways:

1. The courier takes a photo of the Recipient next to the package with his scanner.

2. If the recipient refuses to take a photo, he places his ID next to the package sticker. Then the courier takes a photo of the package with the document with a scanner.

3. If the recipient refuses to perform the above steps, the courier does not deliver the package. The shipment is returned to the sender.

Information. We will inform private recipients of process changes the evening before delivery and the morning of delivery. We will additionally inform the Beneficiaries of business enterprises. Inform your customers about contactless delivery by providing information on your website and additionally informing customers by e-mail. by mail, SMS or other means.

Restrictions. The courier cannot enter apartments or private houses, with the exception of common areas, i.e. corridors, stairwells, etc. Access to business premises is not restricted.



PAYMENT FOR PURCHASES ONLY BY BANK CARD (COD).

From 17.03.2020 (Tuesday), recipients of shipments will be able to pay for goods during delivery only with bank cards .
Couriers will temporarily not accept cash.
In case of misunderstandings with the Recipient, the courier is given the right not to leave the package.
